Vice President, KEO-Design

Philip is an astute design professional and RIBA Chartered Architect with over 20 years of experience in international design and project delivery. Philip has a proven track record in running large teams and various mega-projects from a design and financial perspective across Europe and the Middle East.

As Vice President of the Design Division, he has full responsibility over KEO-Design and the delivery of KEO’s innovative Architectural and Engineering Services to all of our global markets. Part of Philip’s remit is to create growth, expand our markets and the services we offer. His focus is also to support the division’s exceptionally talented pool of professionals and create impactful mentoring opportunities throughout the division and its disciplines.

Philip joins KEO from Gensler, where he held senior positions across the Middle East and the UK. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of the Middle East Office. Prior to joining Gensler, he held progressive leadership roles at various global design practices in the UK and across the globe with full leadership, design direction and operational responsibilities. Throughout his extensive career, Philip has worked with multi-disciplinary teams at a strategic leadership level, adding value to the business, mentoring and developing senior staff members and promoting the brand culture throughout offices internationally.

Philip has earned the RIBA Professional Practice in Architecture from the Architectural Association, a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the Birmingham School of Architecture/University of Oklahoma as well as a BA (Hons) Undergraduate Degree in Architecture from De Montfort University.

The VP of Design is also a full member of KEO’s Executive Leadership Board (ELB) and the Direct Leadership Management Board (DLM)
