Tamdeen TSC (The Client), a Kuwait-based real estate development company, planned to demolish the previous Manshar retail and residential complex in Fahaheel, Kuwait, and replace it with a modern mixed use development.

The new development is inclusive of a three-story 96,000 square meter retail podium, a five-story 40,000 square meter parking around the existing Rotana hotel building, plus a 62,000 square meter two-level basement parking and the off-site outdoor parking lot. In addition, a new 8,000 square meter ballroom was added to the existing hotel on the mezzanine floor. Parking is designed to accommodate approximately 2,300 cars. The retail component of the new mixed use development includes 8 movie theaters, restaurants and stores, as well as all the required supporting facilities.
