Palm Jumeirah is the smallest of the three Palm Islands in Dubai – man-made islands built in the shape of a palm tree. Like the other palm islands of this project, Palm Jumeirah consists of three parts – trunks, fronds and crescent. It extends 6.5 kilometers into the Arabian Gulf. The residential buildings on the palm fronds are of the villa type – Garden Home and Town Home, which are the smaller structures, and the Signature Villa, which is the larger, 7 bedroom version. The crown of the palm-shaped island is comprised of 17 fronds, each one arching out into the sea and forming a private and secluded neighborhood. There are 1,400 units of Garden Homes, Town Homes and Signature Villas, allowing individuals to create a home suited to their personal preference.
