Urjuan Development is a 550 hectare project intended to be the new economic generator for Al Khor, Qatar. The master plan celebrates the attributes of the natural environment and sensitively created the new town development as an important urban amenity. When completed, the Urjuan development will be home to over 63,000 residents and will have over 24,500 housing units, a hotel, resort, private beach front chalets, a golf course, townhouses and apartments.
