Phase 1 of Maryah Plaza consists of a 30 storey residential tower, originally designed by Richard Rogers and Burro Happold. KEO’s Design team stayed faithful to that original design while changing the primary material of the structure from steel to reinforced concrete, increasing the number of units, and creating a more practical building finish, in order to keep costs competitive.

The scope of work included conducting a constructability review of the completed landscape design package and providing a final set of construction drawings based off the client’s feedback and changes made to the structure. KEO also ensured that the design met all local code requirements.
