KEO helped Oriental Hotels Company design and build a New Four Points Sheraton Hotel on reconfigured Plot with a total area of 900 square meters on Fahad Al Salem Street, overlooking the Jahra Gate roundabout. The Design created a 40 floor Tower with an overall built-up area of approximately 28,000 square meters, which is a harmonious extension of the Existing Four Points Sheraton Hotel and would earmark the entry to Kuwait City from Fahad Al Salem street.

The finished development included 310 guest room bays on 31 floors which can be combined in any desired manner to create suites of various sizes. Five floors at the base include public spaces like, lobby, meeting rooms and restaurants. Two floors at the top of the tower accommodate a specialty restaurant and SPA / health club. Three basements and two floors in the tower accommodate various BOH support space and MEP equipments. The new core in the proposed Tower accommodates an additional 5 guest elevators and complete service elevator requirements for both the buildings. The new Tower is connected with the existing Four Points Sheraton Hotel at all levels.
