Claims Management and Dispute Resolution Services is a specialist department within KEO International Consultants and provides Claims Management, Dispute Resolution and Training Services to construction, infrastructure, utility services, banking and insurance industries.

Covering Architectural and Engineering Design, Infrastructure Design, Quantity Surveying and Project Construction Management Projects throughout the Middle East, North Africa and beyond, we are able to provide an unparalleled approach to the provision of Claims Management and Dispute Resolution.

In addition its Civil, Structural, MEP Engineers and Architects, KEO also employs well qualified and highly experienced Construction Lawyers (Claims Specialists), Project Controls and Planning Engineers (Delay Experts) and Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Senior Cost Professionals (Quantum Experts which include those from our affiliated practice C-Quest ). Our resource deployment enables a multi-disciplined team approach to assignments.

Claims Management
Commercial management and intervention, including claim preparation, investigation and advice. KEO’s Claim Analysis includes: Analysis of a claimant’s right to compensation and/or a claimant’s right to an extension of time; and Provision of technical support to a client’s legal team. This includes the ability to provide expert evidence on all stages of project procurement, from design stage through to construction and handover stages, and assessments on any project-related commercial matters.

Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution including participation on Dispute Arbitration Boards, or being called upon as expert witnesses. We can either assist the parties in preparing for and attending mediations and arbitrations, or providing access to accredited arbitrators.

Training and Information Services
KEO plans and provides cost-effective training programs addressing key contractual and commercial management topics tailored to a client’s requirements, as well as authoritative, clear and concise presentations in seminar or workshop format as appropriate. We also provide qualified guest speakers to training organizations.

Damage Assessment Services
Investigation or evaluation of existing conditions, including an assessment of the likely value and impact of a particular claim.
